Stadium Meadows, established in 2000, is currently the youngest and geographically smallest neighborhood of Ypsilanti.  Stadium Meadows is also the westernmost neighborhood; it is the only part of Ypsilanti that crosses Hewitt.  Located off the Washtenaw County Border-to-Border bike trail and across the street from EMU's Rynaerson Stadium, it has easy access to both entertainment and recreation. Although its footprint is small, Stadium Meadows contains 128 dwelling units, and is home to a diverse assortment of people.
